Video sessions via phone, vidoe phone or video conference call giving the same quality of service as face to face, except its safer, more convenient and easier.  All you need is a phone to start.

Vidoe Phone Call

If you have an Android mobile phone, then you can simply have a video call from phone to phone. Its face to face :)

If you have an iphone, we use the browser in your phone to accept a video call. Its the same as facetime.

Video session via your laptop, desktop, or tablet

We use many video services available over the net.  Each has pros and cons and is simply a matter of personal choice.

  Below are some that are popular:

Zoom - You have to download the program to your computer, install it, and then you can set up or join a meeting.  If you use this service, we will send you an email with a link to join a meeting.

Skype - You have to download the program to your computer, install it and set up a Microsoft account.  Our contact name in Skype is NomchongPsychology - just search the name in your contacts list and send a request for connection to us.

WORRIED ABOUT PRIVACY?

If your are concerned about privacy and dont feel comfortable with big tech recording your call "for coaching and quality assurance purposes", then consider these video service providers:

Talky.io - is a browser based video service. It does not track or record your call and you can log on anonymously.  This service is free and available as long as you are using the one of these browsers - Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Edge - we simply email you a link, which you click on, allow video and microphone in your browser and your connected.

Jami.net - This is a peer to peer service, which means your device talks straight to our device and not via a third party server which can record the call.

Of course, there are many, many other video services on the net, so if you have your favourite, let us know and we will join you on that service.
