Want to change your life? Then change the way you think!

I have been a psychologist in private practice for over 35 years. I have over 6000 patient files and I have dealt with literally thousands of issues that people have had to address in their lives.  There is always one common theme - no matter what the issue, the person reacts to it, based upon their life experience, their values, their beliefs and so on.  Sometimes you cant change the issue, but you can always change the way you experience it.  This is what we will talk about in session.  Of course, with a lot more detail and with advice that is specific to you.

Want an outcome that works for you? Want to feel better about the situation? Want to know what to do next? Then we have to talk about how we change you! And when I say "we", I'm really talking about how to give you the tools, insights, wisdom - so that you can change you!

My approach is about getting to the nub of the issue and focussing on addressing (ie fixing) that issue - to your satisfaction. Yes, I will offer guidannce, suggestions, direction, but its your life we are dealing with here, so - if you want to change your life, then you have to change the way you think!

LIFE COACHING - this is about your skill development in problem solving, your reactions to events, changing perspective where necessary, being decisive, understanding the issues, looking for the traps in the detail, and making change so that you dont repeat it. The role of Life Coaching is to empower you, give you life skills, and show you the way to move forward in your life.

BUSINESS COACHING – I have been engaged as a consultant to many businesses and government agencies.  I've given advice and addressed a wide range of issues that affect business, including strategic planning, staffing issues, business development, forward planning, cash flow, budgetting, skill sets, quality assurance, crisis management, employee assistance.

MEDICO/LEGAL ASSESSMENT

This service is for the legal profession and the role I have, as an Expert witness to the court system.  As an independent Expert Witness, I have carried out a large number of medico/legal assessments of people who have matters before the Court.
