BUSINESS

Most business people know their business.  They know their product or service, their industry, the relevant legislation and of course, they know their accountant (usually really well).

However, what they dont always know is:

  • The value of Strategic Planning in their business
  • How to realistically budget and forecast
  • How to guestimate how legislative changes impact upon their business
  • How to deal with difficult staff & solve staffing issues before they occur
  • Manageing better work flow
  • Dealing with AI (or LLMs as they are called)
  • Staff training, staff conflict, Industrial relations issues
  • Innovation and Flexibility in business
  • Regulating cash flow (the Achilles heal of all business)
  • the list goes on, of course...

When these things are pointed out, they appear obvious, but intregrating these and many other factors into your business model, can be another matter entirely.  Especially if your going it alone, dont have a lot of experience in the area of concern, and are busy to just simply run that business and make it grow..

What I do is support you in your business.  Thats about strategic planning, reassessment, positioning your business in troubled times, managing cash flow etc, and keeping up with the stress of course!
