How to make contact Mobile: 0498 95 7777
Email: connect@nomchong.com.au Post: PO Box 203 GUNGAHLIN ACT 29123 The best way to make contact is via email or SMS message. If I am in session, then I don't interrupt the session by taking calls - I let the call go to voicemail and respond once I am free. So text and email is often the easier way to make contact. Sending a text is as simple as "Hi Leigh, my name is...I would like to make an appointment". I will then call you when I am free and we can sort out times, dates, fees etc then. If you need to contact me out of office hours, best to send me a text and I will get back to you as soon as I can. If its something urgent, then let me know in the text and I will get back to you asap. If your GP has faxed or emailed me a referral for you, but you have not contacted me as yet, I will send you a text message advising of the referral, costs involved and suggesting you contact me if you want to take the referral further. (often the GP will send the referral through while you are in consultation with them). NO FAX (NB: I no longer use a Fax. Since the government moved all phone systems to the NBN, all faxes are transmitted over the internet, with the result that there is no security, confidentiality or privacy in the contents of the fax. I recommend using email with the attachment being password protected & you sending me a text with the password). |
