This page provides access to material that I have published in the past either at workshops, presentations or for publications in magazines.  They are provided here as archival material.  Some notes may no longer be available, in which case the link will not work.

Please note that the material, particularly the PDFs of workshops and presentations, are based upon attendance to the workshop etc, and are a summary  of the discussion points in the workshop/presentation.  Also, the material may be time specific, that is, may relate to circumstances that existed in the past.  For example, when I had a physical office (as opposed to a virtual one now), some the notes give out that address.  Now I act as a virtual psychologist, with focus on the convenience of easy access to psychological services via their phone, tablet, laptop, workstation etc, from anywhere they may be (home, office, your car, while travelling etc).
